How can I get refund if machine is defective ?

If a defective happens when you receive the machine, you have the right to ask full refund. We will send you a refund once your return is received and confirmed your returned item. To ask refund, please contact our customer service via email [e-mail] .

If the return is caused by your personal reason, you are still eligible to ask full refund within 30 days if machine has not opened it yet, we will send you refund after we receive your machine, but you should be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Crowdfunding Project

If you back our machine at crowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter or IndieGoGo etc, since we produce our machine according to the crowdfund amount we receive, so we won't accept refund inquiries after the project is finished. We only accept returns for quality issues after you receive the machine.
