How long is warranty?

All 3d printers except Artist D & Artist D Pro.
 

1 year warranty begins from the date you purchase your product.

If our 3D printer has quality problems within 1 years, for the first 3 months, parts replacement and shipping costs are free, after 3 months, the parts replacement are free, you only need to pay the shipping fee. Or we will provide new parts in your next order, which will save you shipping costs.

For Artist D & Artist D PRO 

3-years warranty begins from the date you purchase your product.

If Artist D or Artist D Pro has quality problems within 3 years, For the first year, parts replacement and shipping costs are free, after first year, the parts are free, you only need to pay the shipping fee. Or we will provide new parts in your next order, which will save you shipping costs.

For Refurnished Machine

3 Months warranty after you place the order, we will provide parts replacement with free shipping.
