For the filament sensor problem , here are some suggestions for reference .
1. Make both extruders loaded even just print with one extruder.
Otherwise , the machine will show this error .
2. Check if the plugs of filament sensors are come to loose.
3. Check if the plug at this place is come to loose.
4.If all above checked but still makes no sense , it is possibly that the filament sensor is broken and need a replacement you may contact with supportor : support@jgmaker3d.com .

so more people didn't find this helpful, that should tell you something....like maybe you have issues with the filament sensors whole circuit. please do something about this seeing as the deeper I look into this issues the more I find many people are having problems with this. Maybe provide a work around like a copy of marlin with this circuit disabled till you can figure it out so people can use their printers before warranty runs out, it should be noted anyone who can't print due to this issue, their warranty should be extended till you get it fixed, mine doesn't work right out of the box and none of your fixes work and your US support well there doesn't seem to be a way of getting through to them.
